Hi All,

I have installed Excel 2007, and work everyday with Pivot Tables, but the other staff members I need to circulate the files to only have 2003 Excel. Anyway that I can save my file in order for them to manipulate the pivot table to their needs on their pc's? I have saved the 2007 files containing the pivot tables to 97 - 2003 workbooks, but they still cannot make any changes to the Pivot.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Unfortunately, you need to save the workbook in 97-2003 format before you create the pivot tables, otherwise they get created in 2007 format and your other users will not be able to use them.
