2003 Pivot Table - Move row to Column

This is driving me nuts...I've done it before!!!

Excel 2003.

How do I get the "Sum of Cap" and "Sum of Exp" to show up side by side??

Thanks!! I'm really under the gun.

I thought previously I right clicked something and checked something like "move to column"....is there an alternate way to do it??
