2003 type Filtering in Excel 2007

Hello,

In Excel 2003 to filter I

1. click the drop down arrow and then
2. click on the value I want to filter on. (two steps)

In Excel 2007 to filter I

1. click the drop down arrow,
2. click to clear the check in Select All box and then
3. click on the value I want to filter on. (Three steps)

Is there anyway to get the two step action of E2003 in E2007?
