Hi

I have conditional formatting in a cell based on a formula but how can I get it to transfer to the other cells in that column as well but changing the cell number?

at the moment it states K8 but I need that to move to K9 K10 etc etc

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Copy and Paste Special as Format.

Excel Menubar --> Edit, Paste Special, Format, Click on OK.
