2007 protection question

I have a sheet that i have protected so cell formula won't be deleted. Everyone at work is using it. It has 2 macros. One person must leave his sheet unprotected or macros won't work. Any ideas what cause this change to his sheet?

Macro Security
Trust Center settings, specifically Trusted Locations

I will check, it is at work
the macros are controlled by buttons i made. his sheet worked before but now it wont.... i think he changed something without knowing he did
