My IT man loaded Excel 2007 and I had the capability of Developer and Add-Ons across the top.

I just got a new system, they reloaded Excel 2007 and the Develpoer option is gone.

Any suggestions?

URGENT.

Click the Office button > Excel Options > tick 'Show Developer Tab in the Ribbon'.
