I have 2010 at home and 2007 at the office.
I did this at home but it doesn't appear to work at the office and I'm thinking it is the version of Excel that is the problem so I'm hoping it can be duplicated in 2007.
At home, in the PivotTable I'm working with, its subtotalling a Company Code, where the CC is in column A and only appears once for about 50 or so records then a new CC shows up.
In 2010 I was able to make the blank cells fill in with the related CC. I cannot find the field setting or options I used to do this.
Can this be recreated in vb?

I had something else I wanted done. I may remember after I post this.

Oh ya, the totals and subtotals, can I get rid of those at the bottom as well?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
