3 Color Scale - Color based off of percentage of another cell?

Hello,

I'm trying to 3 Color Scale my two charts as seen in this pic. The bottom one is correct as these are respective percentages of the top blue row.

I can't seem to get the top chart to color exactly the same as the bottom chart with the current numbers (prices) in place rather than percentages. Anyone know how I can make the top one color the same as the bottom? I intend to keep both charts, the prices and percentages, but I'd just like their colors to match. Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts
