I am having a problem with the 3 color scale. I have several rows of data that I want to use the 3 color scale for. However when I apply it it goes to the entire group and not the individual row.

for example if I am not being clear with what I mean Row#3 has 3 prices $300 $350 $250 I want the lowest to be green middle orange and highest red for that row. The way it is working now if row #4 has anything lower or higher then what is in row 3 it counts them as well. How can i get it to work for each row individually?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
You need to apply the CF to each row individually.

Sorry I didn't have better news

You could use a macro to add the CF to each row.

Turn on the macro recorder & then manually apply the CF to the first row in the data & post the code you get.
