Hello All,
I'm trying to use 3D references in charts, but the Excel returns ERROR. Can anyone help me to do this:confused:

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
You can't - how would you expect it to plot if you could?

Let me try to explain. I have 54 tables with the number of licensed vehicles in each month. A table for each month including city and type of vehicle. I want to plot a graph with the growth of this number, separated by city and vehicle type, and add a trend line for each. I was able to explain clearly?

Based on that description it sounds like you need one table and a pivot chart ideally, but you can add individual series from different sheets to a chart, you just can't use one 3D reference.

Hi Igor

An example of way to do it:
- write a formula or a udf to return an array with the values
- define a named formula using the formula or the udf
- create the chart using the name as a source for the values
