4 Field/Criteria Match/Vlookup?

I am trying to do a compare between 2 table on separate tabs in excel. Both tables have well over 200 rows and 4 columns. I need to confirm which rows already exist in the other table. And the ones that don't. I need to have sent of to a vendor to have them added. An example of the data in the two tables is below. I am thinking I need a combination of Match/Index. Any and all help is appreciated. I think I basically would need to add a 5th column that would say if it found an exact match in the other table, and #NA if isnt in the the other table. And I would know to send those off. Thanks
