=SUMPRODUCT(--('Resident Worker Hour Report'!$A$14:$A$400=$D92),--('Resident Worker Hour Report'!$B$14:$B$400=$B92),OFFSET('Resident Worker Hour Report'!$J$4,10,MATCH(E$74,'Resident Worker Hour Report'!$K$4:$DY$4,0),387,1)+OFFSET('Resident Worker Hour Report'!$J$4,10,MATCH(E$74,'Resident Worker Hour Report'!$K$4:$DY$4,0)+1,387,1)+OFFSET('Resident Worker Hour Report'!$J$4,10,MATCH(E$74,'Resident Worker Hour Report'!$K$4:$DY$4,0)+2,387,1)+OFFSET('Resident Worker Hour Report'!$J$4,10,MATCH(E$74,'Resident Worker Hour Report'!$K$4:$DY$4,0)+3,387,1))

Can someone help me fix this formula. It works great, unless there are 5 weeks in a month. What it basically does is add the hours of workers that that specific job titles for specific companies for every month. Although I just got to April and since there were 5 Fridays in April, it is not reconizing the 5th week. Any ideas?
