how we can change values in one cell
from 5527-31971 to 31971-5527
plz answer

in b1 use this
=RIGHT(A1,FIND("-",A1))&"-"&LEFT(A1,FIND("-",A1)-1)

If the list always in : 4 digits+ 5 digits, then, :

=MID(A1,6,5)&"-"&LEFT(A1,4)
