64-bit version of the PastePicture code by Stephen Bullen

I've tested the original PasetPicture by Stephen Bullen and it works fine.
However, when I use the 64-bit function declaration, the code failed at the function call such as OleCreatePictureIndirect. If I trace the code by stepping into VBA code, Excel crashes.
