Hi.
Am confused here.
I would like to create a data validation drop down list that when one of 4 things are selected, it brings up another list, select an option and bring up a final list.

Example: Drop down list one would have Region 1, Region 2, Region 3, Region 4.
By selecting Region 2, it opens another list that gives me Zone 1, zone 2, Zone 3, Zone, 4.
Say I select Zone 3, it gives me BOB (out of BOB, JOHN, SANDY, CHRIS)

Can anyone help or point me to a tutorial to do this.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Select the cells you want to validate. The click the data validation button or press Alt+U to search for "data validation" (translate to your installed language).In the wizard choose "list" in the first option, and provide your list in the next one. Your list would simply be this Region 1, Region 2, Region 3, Region 4
No = or "
If you only get this option "Region 1, Region 2, Region 3, Region 4" you need to provide another separator sign.

Hi.
Thanks for the quick reply. I don't think that is quite what I'm after.
An example would be like the 'Conditional Formatting' menu on Excel where you hover over it, it brings up a sub-menu, you select from the sub-menu and then select the thing you want.
That's what I'd like to do but in a data validation cell.
