A Little Help.. Sports Wagering Sheet..

Hey, little new and in need of some help ... here we go... I know the forumula, I just dont know it in terms of Excel

Forumula: If C4:C21=NCAA then Average all cells in Colum H that are associated with NCAA in Colum C... a little complex perhaps, but all I want is an average score of away teams but associated with the correct sporting event... btw all wagering is theoretical, I'm using this to see if I could actually make some profit off of legal offshore spots gambling

i know there's better formulas, but i'm a simpleton. and i'd create each it's own seperate column with an if statement then average those columns like so:

which must be confirmed with control+shift+enter instead of just enter.
