I want to delete all rows when the value in column "A" is less than 6000. Thank you!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)

How about:

Code:
Sub delete6000()
Dim x As Long
For x = Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row To 1 Step -1
If Cells(x, 1) < 6000 Then Cells(x, 1).EntireRow.Delete
Next x
End Sub
