A problem about "information transfer between sheets".

Hi everyone!

Let's say there is information on Sheet1 consisting of 3 columns. When I write one of the information in the third column in a cell on Sheet2, I want the other two data in the row of the information to be printed. I would be glad if you help.

ex:
Get the name, age and citizenship number in the columns. When I enter one of the citizenship numbers in the table on the second page, I want to print the name and age information on the same line as the citizenship number I entered in the cells next to it.

try using =INDEX(Sheet1!$A$1:$C$8,MATCH(Sheet2!$C$2,Sheet1!$C$1:$C$8,0),1) to return the information from the 1st column on sheet 1
try using =INDEX(Sheet1!$A$1:$C$8,MATCH(Sheet2!$C$2,Sheet1!$C$1:$C$8,0),2) to return the information from the 2nd column in sheet 1

you will need to change the arrays, I used A1:A8, update this with your own array reference on Sheet1

Sorry but my Macro skills leave a lot to be desired, formulas no problems but Macros are a step up for me.

You could try the 'Record Macro' button and give it a go yourself if nobody else responds
