Hi guys,
Ok what it is-I have a set of data which looks as follows:
10 10T 11 11T
1- 5 7 5 3
2- 6 8 10 22
3-
4-
5-
etc. This shows the rating people received from their appraial (1-5) and is being compared with their pay grade 10-20. However I also need to add into my chart the target amounts for each pay grade. So, as above, 5 people of pay grade 11 were ranked 1 but the target is 3. How would I go about showing this on a chart-preferably not a line chart. At present my chart has
10 10t 11 11t etc on the x axis and then all of the 1-5 values within these, however what I really need is to have
10 1, 10 1T, 10 2, 10 2T, 10 3, 10 3 T, 10 4 10 4T, 10 5, 10 5T, 11 etc along the bottom.
I really hope this makes sense but no doubt it doesnt! I'm getting myself in all kinds of bother. I've been told by a colleague that the peeps on here are impressively clever. I hope you dont disappoint me!!
Thanks in advance.
