A result in a pivot table that is not in the data source

Hi,
I'm doing a simple pivot table from a small range of data, where the columns are results of v-lookups.
It returns the correct information, except that it inserts a line "formula 1" which is not in my data source... and I can't get rid of it. It's also causing a circular reference, as I have a v-lookup next to the pivot table.
Any ideas??
