A simple question...

I want to create a number of cells that reference the above color coded cells and assign the below cell a letter. For example:

=IF(B31 =ce-Interior.ColorIndex = 3, "H","C")


What I want to do is have the below cell (B38) reference the above cell (in this case B31) and put in the below cell the letter "H" if cell B31 is a red colored cell, or "C" if B31 is a blue colored cell. Thanks for your help.
