a sumproduct that divides

Hi,

Sumproduct is great for multiplying two or more ranges. I have a situation that i have to divide but can not think of how to do this besides the obvious =(B1/A1+B2/A2+B3/A3, etc...

	A	B	C	D
1	100	4
2	75	6
3	50	8		0.28
Sheet1

Any feedback on this is greatly appreciated.
