Hello everyone,

Not sure if this will be enough information, but I will try to include enough details to start.

I am using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services to run a report and export it to EXCEL.

The report has two fields included that have the format mm:ss. When it comes from SSRS it is exported into the row as a string value.

Is it possible to somehow sum this column up? Is there some way get this to work without chaning the report?

If you need more detail, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Hi

If the values are text values like mm:ss, you can use:

=SUMPRODUCT(0+("0:"&A2:A10))

Format the result cell as time.
