About Inserting Comments

Hi,

Is it possible to display the comments applied to the cell even without moving the mouse on the cell??
i.e., if i my the key button on my key board, the comment should be displayed without the arrow mark etc. please help

You can have the comment on display all the time by right clicking in the cell with the comment and select show comments - not sure if that's any good to you

This macro will toggle the visibility of the comment in A1 on the active sheet:

Sub ToggleComment()
    With Range("A1").Comment
        .Visible = Not .Visible
    End With
End Sub

You can assign a shortcut key to it by choosing Tools|Macro|Macros and clicking Options.
