what are the pre requisite (languages) neede to know or for making a macros?

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

A recorded macro does not need any specialisation in languages.
for writing a programmed macro VB language is an essential tool.
I think this will help you a lot.
