I have a workbook that has several sheets. From these sheets I need to import data to a database. The data will be imported from different sheets at different times.

Can some one explain as to how the sheets are stored in the workbook. Because when I create the DSN it only asks for the workbook path and how can I extract info from a particular sheet in the workbook.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
If you're trying to import to Access or something you will need to store them as single sheets in workbooks. I have not found a way to get the import function to differentiate between sheets if more than one is held in the target workbook.

Simple way around it is as part of the macro (before running the import) copy the data and paste into a file (already created) as values then save that workbook - and import from there.
