Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
use the query wizard in access: Create / Query Wizard >Find duplicates Query Wizard
Of course this will require to have in your table a field to match them as duplicates.

Is there any SQL script i can write to achieve the same results?

After you do the query wizard you should be able to save the resulting query to run later as often as you want.

It depends on how your table is structured - no precisely generic scripts for this, many ways to do it anyway, plus in general everything needs to be customized to fit your table structure and columns so in fact the query wizard as as close as you'll get to plug and play.
