Hallo,
I use access macro ExprtWihFormatting.

Sometimes I get error "Can't save the output data to the file you've selected".( I don't know why)

example Output file: ="C:\Users\xjasax\Documents\Reports\Report- " & [Forms]![Form1]![Text439] & ".pdf"
I have few report to output in same macro

Can I make some in makro if error on one of them then retry that report, bacause I have to retry that all macro or can I do something to solve problem with error?

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
For pdf , dont you want:
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, rpt, acFormatPDF, "C:\Users\xjasax\Documents\Reports\Report- " & [Forms]![Form1]![Text439] & ".pdf"

(i'm not sure a macro can interpret : [Forms]![Form1]![Text439] )
it must be done in vba code.
