Access: Change fields in Query with a form

I am setting up a database that has elements to check for each part as table fields. This is done on a main form that shows all the elements to check for each part.
My problem is different types of parts will have different elements to check.

Can I make a form with checkboxes that can change which fields show up on the main form? Perhaps a form that uses VBA to edit a query and changes which fields are in the query? Then saves the query?
