Hello Forum,

There is a functionality in Access that allows to collect data for a database via emails by sending a user defined form: this is called "collect and update data using email" and can be easily accessed by righ click on a database table.

i was wondering if it's possible to tune up this functionality to the following:

1) restrict the recipient of the email only to use the REPLY options ( i noticed the database is updated only if the the recipient replies to the initial email and does not in anyway alters the subject of the email or forwards it

2) restrict the recipient to only input information in the form fields and not anywhere else in the email body

3) have a drop down list for the fields in the form

any inputs/feedbacks are fully appreciated. thank you in advance.
