Access Counter

Hi
I have an excel file and I was wondering if one could write a macro that could count how many times the file is accessed?
I really doesn't have to be visual just stored somewhere

In the workbook open event, you can have some code that looks like so:

Sheets("Counter").visible = true
Cells(1,1) = Cells(1,1) + 1
Sheets("Counter").visible = false
Activeworkbook.save
MsgBox("Visit Logged in sheet Counter")
