Hi, I created a form with the wizard. All of the items I selected showed up in the design view but not the form view. I tried making a couple of much smaller forms and the items showed up in the form. What the heck am I doing wrong?

I was able to replicate your problem using Form Wizard in Access 2007. When I use a table with A LOT of fields (113 fields in my case), I got an error message that said "The number of fields from your currently selected table or query exceeds the maximum height.... ". I found elsewhere on the web that 22" is the maximum height allowable for a form. Access then gave me the option to open the form BLANK so I could try to fit the fields myself.

If this explains your problem (whether in Access 2007 or earlier) and you absolutely must add ALL your fields to this new form, the work-around is to avoid using the wizard and use the Form Design (non-wizard). Then you can try to fit all your fields into the available space, moving and resizing fields as needed. You might consider using tab controls on your form to make it easier to organize and navigate. Tab controls on a form look like paper folder tabs in a cabinet. See http://www.techonthenet.com/access/tutorials/tabcontrol/tabcontrol01.php
