I currently have an access report set up where the underlying data is organized by facility and then by an employee’s id number. Currently, I pull the report one employee at a time by entering the employee’s id number as a parameter. I am able to pull one large report by facility, but then my challenge is to break it apart once I print it as a PDF file and then save all the individual reports by employee id number.

Is there a way I can make the database print the entire report by facility (or all the reports at a time for a given facility), then automatically break it into unique files by id number, and then save each file by the id number?
