Hi! Does anyone know if it would be possible to do the following:

Set up a access page on each employee computer so that they can use it as a time clock. If I set up a table with employee listing and they just find their name and enter the time in and times out, would it go to the database I created. If so, is there a way to embed a button to enter the correct time?

I am probably asking for a great deal or for something not possible.

If anyone could help, I would aprreciate it.

Thanks!

Scott

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Yeah there is, you can make it so it automatically puts in the date and time as soon as they open the form. This is pretty simply to do. When you open the form, right click on the text box you are using for the time and click properties.
Then got to the data tab and enter the Default Value as =Time()
that should work
do the same thing for the date text box except under Default Value, enter =Date()

I hope thats what you were looking for...
