accessing 'comment' feature using VBA ?

Can anyone offer some advice on how to possibly display information via 'comments' using VBA? I'm guessing that someone may have done this before.
 

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.

If you mean adding a comment try
