Accessing Macro from Every Sheet

Hi all,

I would like to assign a Macro to Either Ribbon or Quickaccesstoolbar and access the macro from every excel workbook that i open.

How do i accomplish this task?

I am Using Excel 2010

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
