How i can make an accounting software in excel sheet (General Journal, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet & Income Statment) i need help in this regard.

Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
It depends a lot on what data you want to include.

Take a look at the worksheet formula's (or make a search for them on this forum). They provide a lot of functionality for creating simple balance sheets.

If you want more options you have to use VBA code.

Can you post an example of what kind of result you want to have?
