Accumulating weekly/monthly total

Dear all,

I know how to accumulate a total from the contents of another cell, but what I can't seem to work is how to store the total if the other cell returns to zero.

I have two columns. One is a weekly total, and the other is a monthly total. The weekly total increases over the week, but is then set to zero again at the end of the week. What I would like is for the monthly total to store the weekly totals over four weeks, even though the weekly total is reset to zero four times over the month.

I hope I have explained things properly.

Thank you for any help.

Rob

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
I would do this- have separate columns for year (if you need it), month, and week #. Then use the subtotals function.
