Accumulator Sequence Pattern

Hello people.
I've decided to learn a little about excel... I have winXP Excel 2007.
My Question is...

I Would like to build a Accumulator Sequence pattern, Let me show you what I mean...Ok

Let's say I have 10 A teams & 10 B teams I Would like to know how can I get Excel to show me every list of teams partnered up to each other, Except! for Xsample 1 A & 1 B or 2 A & 2 B & so on.

Please keep in mind I have no Idea what I'm doing as I'm new to excel

With bookies you get to place Accumulator/Multiples on sporting Events
Let say I pick 5 selections which would be 10 teams (home & away)
How do I get Excel to give me a list of every selection I can use with out there opponents.

So I choose 5 selections thats 9 teams just for Team A not including opponents, If I was to use Doubles in my Accumulator/Multiples

Patterns I can't use are...
Home Team A vs Away Team F
Home B Vs G A/Team
Home C vs H A/Team
Home D vs I A/Team
Home E vs J A/Team
But every other pattern I can use

Of Cause I shell be using Trebles - 5folds with more selections but I thought this would be easier to explain it better
