Active Cell, show "Date Picker" Calendar

I'd like for when the user selects a certain cell the "Date Picker Calendar" would automatically show up. If Cell C7 is active cell then show "Date Picker Calendar" from drop down menu. Thanks in advance

His date picker for Mac has a code to do exactly that, it's on the webpage where you download it from Date Picker | Mac Excel Automation
