Active X Controls vs Form Controls

Hi

Why there are 2 controls? When Active X are used and when Form Controls are used?

ActiveX controls are designed for userforms, and frequently have bad behaviors when used on worksheets. Use Form Controls on worksheets. They have less formatting flexibility, but don't misbehave.
