Active X Controls

Is there a way to force option boxes and /or check boxes to "move and size with cells"? This is possible with spinners .

I use a macro to hide particular rows upon a user pressing a control button but the option boxes refuse to be hidden.

Mhmm, I was able to do it. Just keep in mind that the control must be COMPLETELY included in the column(s) you're hiding.

I have made sure that the form fits the whole cell. Why would the "move and size with cells " choice under control be grayed out on my option boxes and check boxes but not on my spinners?

I don't know... I'm using 2000 here, and inserted a checkbox and an optionbox on the sheet and on both I was able to check the "Move and resize" option. Then, I hid the 3 columns they were in, and they hid as expected...

If you try it on a new, empty, sheet, does it work ?

Got it to work on an empty sheet. Must be a bug somewhere in my other sheet. Thanks much.
