I just upgraded from Windows XP & Office 2010 to Windows 7 and Office 2010. I have a form I made with a button (Active X) to send form as an email attachment. When button is selected it opens email, adds recipients, and Subject, along with making the Excel file an attachment.

The form is accessed by selecting File> New> Recent or My Templates.

When file is selected as described above the button now works only partially. It will make email, address it, and add subject line as usual. But now it will not add file as attachment to email.

If file is made .xlsm worksheet instead of .xltm template it works fine when accessed from any point except New file ....

This form also works fine when someone sends it to me as an email attachment.

So issue seems to be related to template format or accessing it via New > File > My Templates (even if it is a .xlsm)

I have macros & Active X both set as "Enable all controls / macros without restriction. I have all the latest MS updates that was supposed to fix macro problems from Dec. changes.
