Any suggestion are appreciated.

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
No, that is what I am using. but I must be missing something

Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeRightClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
ActiveCell = "Yes"
End Sub

In the sheet module:

Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
Cancel = True
Target.Value = "Yes"
End Sub

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
If Target.Coulmn <>3 Then Exit Sub 'Sets range to column "C" adjust for your needs
If Target <> "Yes" Then
    Target = "Yes"
Else: Target = ""
End If
Cancel = True
End Sub
This will toggle between "YES" and a blank when cell is doubleclicked
