ActiveX Component Can't Create Object

I get the message "ActiveX Component Can't Create Object" whenever I try to use a control from my toolbox, or use any wizard. I have all the most recent updates installed and just today upgraded to Access 2003 in the hope it would solve my problem, but it did not. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be and how I might go about solving it? Thanks for helping.

For the benefit of anyone else with this problem, a solution can be found on the Microsoft website http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;319844 My problem was that DAO was not properly registered. Everything is working fine now.
