Excel 2016. I use nothing but activex controls. Quick scenario: 4 commandbuttons, 1 ListBox. All 4 buttons access the Listbox. Column "A" contains financial account names and column "B" contains the associated 3 digit account codes. The codes are used throughtout the sheet. Names are used to lookup the account. The code is then placed in a cell. I can manually set linked cell, but I want any one of buttons to set the linked cell everytime the button is activated because the cell row will change everytime and the whichever button will determine the column of the cell to place the code in. How can I have the user click one of the buttons to set the linked cell then go to the Listbox and find the account name and click it to get the code automatically placed in the linked cell?

Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
