Add a given row of data with the rest of the rows

I would like to add the row of data from column D to Column H with the rest of the rows in the worksheet to the corresponding columns and append to the existing rows...

I am a newbie...

Any help/hint highly appreciated..

Hi Hiskn,

Unfortunately I don't think your description above gives enough information for people to be able to help. You may get better results from us if you can provide some sample data. If you Google MR Excel HTML Maker you will be able to copy / paste an example directly onto the forum, or alternatively you would need to post a sample workbook on an external hosting site such as Dropbox, One Drive or similar and post a link to it here.

Once we can see what you are talking about we may be able to offer better advice.

Basically row 1 is the header row

Row 2 and Row 3 needs to be added to the rest of the rows Row 4 to Row 10.

Column A remains the same. Column B - Concatenate(r4,"_1), concatenate(r5,"_1"), etc...and concatenate(r11,"_2"),...etc
Column C to F are added to row 2 and row3 in rows 4 to 10 and rows 11 to 24 respectively.

You could copy row 2 (D to H)
Highlight rows 4 to 10 (D to H)
Right click - Paste Special - Values - Add - Ok

Repeat to copy row 3 pasted to rows 11 to 24

Thanks Jonmo. This approach is far better than what I am currently doing (dragging for autofill)..I am looking for a vba code since I have mutiple sheets with 3000 to 4000 rows (vary from one sheet to another).
