Add Button to Ribbon

I have a document with a button in the ribbon with a macro assigned to it. I would like to make the button available to all users BUT the document is a shared one and resides on a server. I do not want to create a button on the sheet.

Suggestions?
 

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
