Do the lines in each box above in column A mean the string is in A1 and the other box/string is in A2?

If so, what is currently after the "...A219" and before the "F1H1H5..." ?

If the first box was all in A1 and the break was an Alt+Enter which is Char(10), you could use this in the B column and fill down:
