Add comments column next to a query

Hi
Ive set up a query and want to add a comments field
However ive noticed that when query is changed, any comments added remain in their original field...i want them to move

hope makes sense.....any ideas for me ?

example

Cell A2 01/02/2003 Cell B2 100
Cell A3 01/02/2003 Cell B3 100

Add a comment to cell C2 and Cell3 then refresh query to for date range 01/01/2003 to 01/02/2003

Cell A2 01/01/2003 Cell B2 100
Cell A3 01/01/2003 Cell B3 100
Cell A4 01/02/2003 Cell B4 100
Cell A5 01/02/2003 Cell B5 100

comments remain at cells C2 and C3

hope is bit clearer
